• Candidates should possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in:
• Statistics or Applied Statistics or Mathematical Statistics or Economics or Applied Economics or Commercial Economics or Econometrics or Mathematics or Commercial Statistics or Applied Mathematics or Advanced Statistics.
• The degree should be from a university or educational institution established under an Act of Parliament or UGC.
• Proficiency in computer skills as per the Gujarat Civil Service Computer Efficiency (Training and Examination) Rules-2006 is required.
• Knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both languages is necessary.

• As per the Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board Recruitment Notification, the candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum of 37 years , as on 01-01-2024.

• Reserved (Female), PH Candidates: 10 Years
• PH (Female, Reserved) Candidates: 15 Years
• PH (Reserved Female) Candidates: 20 Years
